Set Hayom: Study to עברית and the whole app turns around: the menus, the date, the study portions and the lesson all read right to left in Hebrew. In Hebrew the app is called שיעורי היום.

The Hebrew lesson comes with its footnotes and the day's Chumash, Tehillim and Tanya portions, and the Tehillim are bundled in Hebrew with nikkud.

Yes. Buttons, menus and headings are translated, and the layout runs right to left.
Can I read Hebrew lessons with English menus?
The lesson language follows the app language. Hebrew shows the Hebrew lesson, and English shows the English one.
